Lay Leadership
Lay leaders, vestry members, and clergy meet for a day of parish visioning.
The Vestry is the elected lay leadership council of the Parish. St. Alban's Vestry meets monthly to discuss, reflect and take action on the many important aspects of parish life. It consists of 12 members of the Parish, the Senior and Junior Wardens, the Secretary, the Treasurer, and the Rector. The Wardens and Vestry members are elected at the Annual Parish Meeting held each June, and serve three-year terms of office. Four Vestry positions are up for election each year.
It is important to the Vestry that all parishioners feel welcome to share their thoughts and ideas about God’s vision for us as a Christian community. Parishioners are welcome to contact members of the Vestry and to attend Vestry meetings, which are usually held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month at 6:30 pm in Nourse Hall.

Diocesan Delegates
St. Alban''s has three lay delegates to represent our Parish at all Diocesan Conventions, advise the Vestry and Parish of all resolutions to be taken up at each Convention, seek advice from the Vestry and Parish as to positions that might be taken, and report back to us after the Convention. The delegates are elected by the Parish membership at the Annual Meeting held in June and serve a three-year term.
